Relationships Over Transactions
Samantha Martinez has always had a passion for helping people. She was in the medical field for 10 years prior to entering the Real Estate profession and in her last job she worked as an Emergency Room Technician. She loved her job and her patients and in fact, her life-long dream was to become a Registered Nurse. She was accepted into a prestigious and competitive nursing program, but her living situation quickly changed, and it no longer became a priority.
A dear friend of Samantha's had encouraged her to become a Real Estate agent, telling her that she would find so much joy in the profession. So, she did and went all in. Samantha quit her job and got her license as a Real Estate professional. She is proud to say that it was the best decision she ever made!
At first, Samantha was worried that selling homes wouldn't fulfill her natural need to care for people and tend to their needs. But she quickly learned that she is helping people every single day, just in a different way. She has never looked back since the day she got her Real Estate license in November 2018.
In her first year in the profession, she sold 3 million in sales and was awarded the Circle of Achievement award for her immense success during her first 12 months. Samantha looks forward to building her business year after year, expanding her relationships, both personal and professional, and helping others any way that she can.
Samantha was born and raised in Somerville, MA, a city just outside of Boston. She and her husband bought their first home in the suburbs in August 2018. After owning for a few years, Samantha and her family thought it was time for a change. In September 2021, Samantha, along with her two kids, husband, and two dogs, left the Northeast. Now, they are residents of Port St. Lucie and are enjoying their new adventure in the sun and ocean.
